Please follow a few simple rules to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone.

Use equipment with care, ask staff about sports and activities, and keep your area tidy.

  1. Use of the services offered is permitted exclusively during the beach club’s opening hours, from 09:00 to 19:30, and is subject to advance payment of the amounts due for the requested services, according to the rates displayed at the entrance.
  2. The beach station, which includes one umbrella and two pieces of equipment (sunbed, deckchair, or director’s chair), is intended to accommodate two adults and any children. Subject to availability, one additional piece of equipment may be added, for a maximum of three adults. To avoid overcrowding, if the number of adults exceeds three, an additional station must be rented.
  3. The arrangement and placement of the equipment is the sole responsibility of the beach club staff. It is forbidden to move equipment from adjacent umbrellas or to occupy stations not assigned by Management. Anyone using equipment belonging to other clients will be required to pay the full daily amount.
  4. The station is strictly personal and limited to the users declared at the time of booking. It is not permitted to host other people as part of the subscription; each guest must purchase services independently. Clients must communicate to Management the names and the period of stay of each guest.
  5. At the time of booking, it is mandatory to declare the number of adults and children. The reduced admission rate is reserved for children aged 5 to 10; above this age range, the full rate applies. If the booked period is used by different people at different times, the names of all users must be provided.
  6. Management reserves the right to modify the assignment of seasonal stations prior to the start of each season.
  7. Each cabin includes 5 admissions. At the time of booking, the names of all users must be provided. If the number of people exceeds 5, an additional admission must be purchased for each extra person, up to a maximum of 8 admissions per cabin.
  8. No refunds are provided for subscriptions or day admissions, regardless of the reason (bad weather, rough seas, change of mind, etc.). For online bookings, in the event of cancellation made within 2 days of the start date of the booking, a voucher will be issued to be used for a future booking at the beach club.
  9. In adverse weather conditions, use of the beach station must strictly comply with the beach club’s instructions. In the event of heavy seas, Management reserves the right to change the booked station.
  10. It is forbidden to throw waste on the beach or into the sea. Please use the separate waste collection bins.
  11. Please do not smoke between the rows of umbrellas or near other people. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the beach; guests are advised to use the beach ashtrays provided by Management.
  12. Guests may not bring their own equipment (umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs, etc.). It is also forbidden to lay beach towels between the umbrellas or along the shoreline.
  13. Meals may be consumed under the umbrella or in the designated terrace area, provided that this does not disturb the peace and decorum of the beach club.
  14. It is forbidden to remain on the rescue boat or to handle the equipment intended for that purpose.
  15. Guests are requested to behave respectfully toward other beach club users. Furthermore, for safety reasons, guests are advised not to access the bar/restaurant and indoor cabins while wearing a wet swimsuit.
  16. Animals are not allowed on the beach, even if muzzled or on a leash. Access is however permitted in the common areas, including the bar/restaurant and the terrace. Guide dogs for the visually impaired and rescue dogs are exempt from this ban.
  17. Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings. Guests are therefore advised not to leave valuables unattended.
  18. Guests must use the beach facilities with care so as not to damage them and must promptly inform Management of any malfunction. Users will be required to compensate for any damage to equipment and furnishings of the establishment caused by their fault and/or negligence.
  19. Children may use the play equipment only under the supervision of an adult. Management declines all responsibility for improper use of the equipment.
  20. Management reserves the right not to accept bookings from persons who in the past have behaved improperly or offensively toward staff or other guests.
  21. All users are required to comply with the provisions of these rules, as well as the beach ordinances of the Harbour Master’s Office of Santa Margherita Ligure and the Municipality of Lavagna, displayed within the establishment.
  22. The validity of subscriptions and day admissions is conditional upon compliance with the conditions contained in these rules. The breach of even a single condition entitles Management to suspend services, with forfeiture of any sums already paid.
